Re: Honda E Reviews
Advanced2020 and I questioned him about a few points on the video, via Twitter. He didn’t appreciate the interplay and asked us to stop including him in responses. 😋 What can I say. I’ve stopped subscription to his YouTube account Thanks, that's confirmed that it wasn't my confirmation bias, but th...

Re: Honda E Reviews
Finally got to do a test drive Yesterday, almost a year after my £800 down. Tested the advance with 17" wheels. Think it is Northern Ireland's only demonstrator. Interesting to compare heights with Mk9 civic - which has not been lowered at all, honest! https://i.imgur.com/B3SdVZG.jpg Pros : Rea...

Re: Would removing seats increase range by even the slightest?
It wouldn't hurt.
But I'd downgrade wheels to 16" and optimise with low rolling resistance tyres first.

Re: If the Honda E wasn't available what other car would you choose?
The Honda e is no Tesla that's for sure, what made you think it was? I really hoped I could do a 100 mile round trip without charge - I thought that was possible with the WLTP figure quoted. The thing that made me jump was looking a bit further as to what made sense for me : do I swap out my (relat...

Re: If the Honda E wasn't available what other car would you choose?
With the growing list of disappointments, The Honda E has become a "Gateway BEV" for me - it hyped my interest and my family's interest in BEV's, but ultimately, the number of sacrifices and disappointments have led me away from it, and I've refunded my deposit. I have kept finding things ...

Re: Referral codes for charging networks ?
Yeah I am the same with Keithr & Reuben80 - just right now have absolutely no idea about charging network or whether they need me to join or not. However, I do have one solution to the "link to your phone" rubbish : I have an ancient ( but still serviceable ) android phone. I have a £0...

Referral codes for charging networks ?
Hi everyone, I'm new to EV's and looking forward to getting a BEV finally... But of course half of this is working out which charging network to join - or do I just join all of them ? ... And does anyone want me to use their referral code ? For example, Polar network on joining is asking me for a re...
