Re: Lowest Charge State driving

Interesting, that would mean that we have 80% of total battery capacity to play with (80% of 35,5kwh equals 28kwh). This will show as 0-100% in the dashboard. As we all already know. 19.8 miles (31,8 km) below 0% would mean that we have about 12% extra (of the 35,5kwh) to drain from the battery. But...

home assistant raspberry pi

Friend of mine showed off with his integration of his Merc to Home Assistant. He has a Raspberry Pi at home with some mumbo jumbos. He showed me the Home Assistant app on the phone and it (for example) displayed his last journey, milage done, SOC before and after the journey, the place where the jou...

Re: Hello from Stockholm, Sweden

Hello and congrats

I went about the same route with S2000 and last year ended up with the E.

Good choice of color as I also live in Stockholm (north sub) and have the steel metallic one. =)

Re: After market wheels

I'm using some cheap old S2000 wheels for my winter friction tyres.
You only need to add spacers in the rear and hub rings for the front wheels.

Re: Aftermarket wheels

Good thread.

One thing to also check is the center bore size (hub bore).
Like the S2000 with staggered wheels which has different sizes front and rear so you cannot misplace them.

Do the E also have different center bore sizes and do someone have the figures?

Re: Lowest charge state?

"A friend of a friend" here in Sweden drove it to 0% and approximately another 3% after that, before coming home.
He admitted that he had a very high pulse.

Re: What to check before driving away

Do you have and more info on this Trykpaa?! No? What kind of info are you thinking of? Well, if it’s a recall, shouldn’t we all be aware of it?! How can you tell if the plastic thingy is fixed by the recall and if it's not can you do something to prevent it from scratching the paint until it's fixe...

Re: 80% or 100% Re: Charging the battery

Maybe we can convince Honda to create a button like i3 has. A button that BMW advises to use only when really necessary, a button that gives you all battery capacity available. For the e that would give you roughly up to 20% more, the 2 or 3 times a year when you go visit relatives far away or other...

Re: Comparable Performance

New coilovers, swaybars and some software tuning and the e will be cured?

Re: Dealer wants me to pay in full before handover

In Sweden its a matter of seconds, as you say. All is taking care of when you come to pick up the car, not before. But if it's a matter of money transfer from your bank, then it could be as the dealers says. The transfer may take one day if its another bank. And, you can always redraw the transfer b...
