Re: Charge port glass lid shattered….
It’s also worth being careful not to knock the charge cover with any wedding rings etc when closing the lid given it seems relatively fragile

Re: Tiny triangles on windscreen of Honda
The Morgan Roadster I had, had a heated windscreen, just as well it did there were no blowers onto the screen, it had A/C which could keep your toes cool in the summer - it needed it as the engine used to kick out some heat, it's a bit daft but with all the battery saving I do on the Honda, my Morg...

Re: Tiny triangles on windscreen of Honda
Yes they are the heated windscreen wires. They are a little distracting, especially at night but you get used to them. I find the A/C very weak and it takes a while to demist the car so the heated windscreen very useful.

Re: weird noise
Mine wasn’t just the plastic behind the mirror but between the roof lining and front sunroof edge. Dealer packed it out and it has sorted. If it reoccurs press the metal down below the sunroof glass at the front. Basically where the sunroof blind rests on when closed and see if it stops.

Re: brake lights "click", slight vibrations in the leg room
To me the brake noise is a relay as previously mentioned. You get used to it and learn to ignore it. The vibration is just that, it's the vibration from the car/road working its way into the cabin. The carpet is thin and there is a limitation to how much Honda spent on sound/vibration isolation. I n...

Re: 1st month of ownership, thoughts.
Completely agree with 2 and 5 and somewhat with 9, especially with such a small boot and 2 kids. Being able to drop half the rear seat would of been great. I don’t think the car particularly fits taller drivers. I find I sit a bit too high above the windscreen but find the seats.I knew from the test...

Re: Paint damage when washing the car by wiper blades.
I don’t think it’s a design flaw, they would have to change the appearance of many cars to avoid it. I alsothought it was deliberate to reduce wind noise from the wipers and help with aerodynamics. I do stuff like that for a living. In my line of business issues like this would be categorised as fo...

Certainly had it on many cars over the past few years. That been said the Honda paint is so thin and s...

Re: Leasing costs
I use salary sacrifice for my Honda E through NHS fleet. Its £267 inc insurance for 5, maintenance and tyres etc, Apparently Honda initially refused any leasing and then realised that a significant portion of the market won't buy outright. That price seems about right depending on deposit
