Re: Dead Honda e
I had a similar problem when the OTA update arrived. No problems getting in using my key, don't they supply them in the UK? My trickle charger didn't do much until I disconnected the battery, after that I could get enough charge to start the car and properly charge the battery. Since then I've bough...

Re: Quick Plug-in charging system problem
It's getting hard to find a 50KW DC charger these days, most are 300KW. It doesn't really matter though as the car and charger negotiate a charging rate. The last time I charged it was at a 300KW charger and the rate was about 25KW dropping to 18KW at 75%. The low initial charge is because I started...

Re: Quick question about battery charging
As the battery becomes more charged the charge rate drops so if you are paying for charging time rather than energy it gets more expensive. I think that that has stopped in Sweden but I am unsure, I know that one supplier charges after 45 minutes. The grid would prefer longer slower charges rather t...

Re: How much?
I did some quick comparisons last spring into the efficiency in autumn when I got my e and winter. Autumn driving is about 12kW/100km, a bit more or a bit less depending on how heavy my right foot is. Winter driving was more like 25kW/100km and the variation there was dependant on the temperature ou...

GPS tracker
The MiCODUS MV720 GPS tracker is apparently a very popular i.e. cheap tracker and very insecure (reported as ICSA-22-200-0). These are used in cars although I can't find any information about Honda's usage. Does anyone know what the e uses?

Re: Ownership Confirmation
I just completed the confirmation today. You need to go back to the garage in the app by pressing the car outline at the top of the page and there should be a button to start the confirmation. I had CarPlay running so I missed the first couple of notifications otherwise it went smoothly.

Have you tried the brightness button? It is the one with the knob and bulb image.

Re: Hello from Stockholm, Sweden
Not having a charger at home isn't pleasant although the AC adapter that Honda supplies can work as low as 10A which I believe is about what motor warmers need. https://www.uppladdning.nu/ is a pretty good resource for finding chargers although you need to remember that Honda only has a single phase...

Re: TPMS Problem
The problem turned out to be that the tyres didn't match. One wide and one narrow, front and back. After swapping two of the tyres the problem went away.
