Re: Octopus Go or not Go?

Hello tencherman, Like you, I'm driving up to 5k miles p.a. and am an Octopus customer. I considered switching to Go from Flexible and getting a 7kw charger but I decided that the increase in non off-peak unit rates and the cost of charger installation would cost me more than sticking with Flexible....

Re: October Energy Price cap

Like you FMIB, I do relatively few miles (maybe 5k p.a.) so I'd have the same issue with the Go tariff peak rates. Also, I haven't invested in a Home Charger as the granny cable does the job well enough for me. It'd be sad if you decided to sell the e but it's understandable I suppose. Unfortunately...

Re: October Energy Price cap

Sadly, yes - but let's not forget that we'd be paying the daily standing charge anyway for normal domestic apparatus AND we're doing our bit to sustain the Planet.

Re: Another Hi from North West England

Welcome. I followed a similar research path via Mini and I3, and actually bought an MX30. I'd agree with your assessment of it and it's certainly a lot better than it seems to get credit for but it was too grown-up and too tight a fit in the garage for me, so I opted for the greater fun-factor and t...

Re: Hello from Suffolk, UK

Welcome! Your Alfa is truly bootiful.
I never did own an Alfa so, according to the Rule of Jeremy Clarkson, I can 't be a true Petrolhead :)
I'm sure your E won't disappoint.

Re: My Honda+

Enjoy your car, and get to know all of it's tech etc. Although I have the App, and can connect to my car, the truth is that I rarely use it. And if I couldn't have it, or had PAY £ for it I wouldn’t bother. Also it frequently “logs” you out. And the signin process has many steps, so that is also a ...

I'm pleased to hear it FDAD! :D

I don't envy you your high temperatures in Portugal at the moment - we in the uk had 2 days of it and that was too much for me.
