Edit: the dealership said that they didn’t find anything wrong and the charging was ok. Now I’m back at the same place and magically it works. The car have 30% now. I’m thinking maybe it was because it was too low the battery, but even that sound strange for me.
Thoughts?

I was stressed and I called Honda assistance. They took the car to the dealership. Let’s see what happens tomorrow.
