Re: All-season tire reccomendations
After long research I bought Bridgestone Blizzak LM 005. Very OK all winter long. But most surprising thing was that I had long journey just before changing them to summer tires (about 250 km) and my average consumption was lower then on summer tires that was on when we bought it new. Not sure how t...

Re: Soft paint easy chipping
I'm really careful with our car but I found 2 little holes in paint in first year. Not sure when and how I got them but it looks that they chipped very easily. Only upside is that looks like under paint there's primer so these holes won't be rusting or something very soon.

This looks like the optimal solution. I just wish the phone to sit a little bit lower so it doesn't get in the way if I need to touch the screen. I'm turning on the seat heating with my knee anyway

Without modifications it's about 2 - 3 cm lower.

Re: Best place for the phone mount?
Firstly I hate to search for cable and try to connect it while I need to start driving, so wireless magnetic charging is essential. Secondly, and I know it's not good but sometimes I need to read Whatup massages while on the way (standing on red light or in slow traffic). Before you start with CarPl...

Re: Best place for the phone mount?
So this is how it looks like. I specifically searched for attachment where there's some kind of hook and possibility to tighten it up. I had other holders where you just push it in and rubber should do the job but it never works. At least for me. IMG_7724 copy.jpg 90 degree usb thingy is super cool....

Re: Best place for the phone mount?
I bought one like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004249766559.html I mounted it in vent same place as in picture but it was a bit too low. It was blocking seat heating button and as I accidentally switch it on once in a while I wanted to see that button. So I modified it a bit to make it a...

Re: How is the range calculated?
I'm mostly surprised about 14kwh/100. I have about 9K on the clock and now it's 19kwh/100 on average (winter driving didn't help as it was about 16-17 in summer) . And I really try to be gentle on throttle. I'm not sure how do you need to drive to get 14.

Re: Short trip winter range.
Just made short trip of 18 km, used 15%. -14C outside. It takes about 5% just to warm battery so longer trip better range.

Re: Snow Driving?
Just realised I read snow driving as snow drifting. Having abundance of snow probably tricked my brain :D But yeah, it's a city car. Don't go anywhere where hard surface isn't visible. I have a little slope where my road meets main road. Sometimes when there's ice it takes about 10 second to get out...
