Re: Charge to 80% or 100%?

@Fortunatus: you're just guesssing. As a technical writer specializing in instruction manuals, the above two sentences would never make it to print. They do nothing to inform the user or help them make a decision and are chock full of generalizations. As a Honda e owner, I want (need) to know, exact...

Re: Charge to 80% or 100%?

And the debate rages on.... " Generally , no – top-up charging shouldn’t ruin your EV battery. Most battery management systems have countermeasures for constant fast charging too and most vehicles have innate caps to protect their batteries. However, in some instances , it may be worth charging...

Re: Door Handles

I recently had my 12v battery die. Was at the dealership two days ago so they could check it out - battery is fine and in good condition. I also told reported that the passenger side door clicks somewhat often when first starting out and that sometimes the window only goes back into its full up posi...

Re: 12V battery issues

"But it looks nice" - yep, a slave to fashion. ;) @EEEE I sometimes get both the window and the handle. Both however, have only ever lasted some seconds. With the window, it just moves a tiny bit. I usually move the window up and down a bit and it goes away. (What you describe is what mine...

Re: 12V battery issues

Whelp, it finally happened to me. Drove the GF to work on Tuesday morning, over a 1 hour trip there and back, then hooked up the charging cable. Disconnected the cable last night around 5pm or so. Went out just now and the car is dead. Noticed in over the past few weeks/months, random, but not too o...

Mine here (Germany) went up, too. By a lot. No incidents of any kind either. Insane.

Re: Sound off to Protect Subwoofer Error

Thanks @londiniumperson.

@EEEE, that could have been the case. It was rather cold, -2, and the heat was set on 22°. (However, at this volume and a louder, sommer or winter, it's never happened before).

Maybe the bass from the Hamilton soundtrack was just a little too wack on that song. ;)

Re: Sound off to Protect Subwoofer Error

Ok, thanks EEEE. I'll have a look under the back seat and see if I can find anything.
