Changed key fob battery and started. Seems to go through these wee batteries like sweets. Weird, I've had my car over 3 years and both fobs are on their original batteries, though I only use one of them. I use auto unlock/lock so it's rare I actually press a button on it, also do you leave you fob ...

Yes, a this normal for the car, as already mentioned particularly on the passenger side (UK car). I check my car at least once a month, tyres, etc and everytime that hole is blocked up. Thanks for an amazing piece of investigation and a solution.

I've made my opinion of Honda UK & Honda dealers well known on many other posts as well what action owners should take, so will not add any more on this thread.
