Re: Electrical Problems

Could I be lucky because my car registered on 17/08/2020 does not match the VIN range, to me it seems as though this recall is just the JDM vehicles. Also is this a recall or a technical bulletin, this has significant ramifications in the UK if it's a recall. Why is no one here using their Consumer ...

Re: Aerodynamic simulation

This is why F1 cars run as close to the ground as possible, subject to the regulations.

Re: 12v Battery issues - is Lithium the solution

Will be installing Battalion Lithium Batteries soon to replace my 3 year old 12v. plenty of cca as its rated and tested 900cca, and its light as hell, 4.2kg as compared to the 12kg panasonic battery: These have an usual function (for a 12v car battery): Built-in Jump-starter (power cut-off below 12...

Re: Spoon Rigid Collar

Let us know how you get on installing these. It looks like a post lift along with engine/transmission table(s) are required so not really possible to be done on a driveway by the average owner. I can see the benefits but can't justify the hassle and expense. I'm really surprised that the manufacture...

Re: Android Auto Wireless

OK, I'll persist for a little while longer before potentially buying an AA wireless dongle. I've only done short journeys recently, but sometimes it just won't connect and ends up with a 'Not supported phone message', which is odd considering it is a current Google phone. I've tried a phone reboot, ...

Re: Android Auto Wireless

I've recently switched back to Android from an iPhone & as I've been used to wireless Apple CarPlay, I decided to implement the hidden wireless Android Auto menu. I'm currently using a Google Pixel 8 and it's very temperamental connecting to the car wirelessly, what have others experience of wir...

Re: E:ny1 for a day

The recent price cuts/deals has meant that I've seen a couple in my local town over the past couple of months. The senior leadership in the Honda car sector have been consistently making seriously poor decisions for at least the last 5 years. I been concerned that they will soon be pulling out of th...

Re: End of production sell-off

Well, dealers were making zero profit on it. If you believe that, then you'll believe anything. New & used cars have been subject to cartel's since the beginning of the car. One single example, Just look at the companies currently owned by Constellation Automotive Group and their obvious collus...

Re: Sudden drop in charge

This is normal, I find that as soon as you get to about 12% it starts to disappears very quickly - especially at speed because the voltage drop is comparatively higher. As mentioned this is 'normal' for the Honda e and as been mentioned many times on this forum, just use the search facility ...
