Great. I think our CRV is also on that list
It's a very similar system from brief glance. I got a bit of fluid and will bleed both when I get chance
Jeez

Re: 12v Battery issues - is Lithium the solution
I am convinced my 12v issues were just caused by the handle.
My monitor shows regular plug in to a main batt charger does give the 12v a little shove too so if it's going flat there is a drain
You could, in theory, test this by removing the 10A fuse for the gnarliest handle (roughest action)

Re: Ongoing 12v issues
Some interesting insight here For me, I drove 1.7 miles last night, no charge was applied (in the rain and dark), on my return journey I think it charged at the end. It's currently getting something as the traction battery charges, it was over 13v but has now reverted to 12.58v - this is good for me...

Re: Ongoing 12v issues
So the BT monitor is on and the handle thoroughly greased. It moves better 100% and seems normal but the lights do odd, inconsistent things when I lock the car (staying on for several seconds being one) I can leave my phone on charge overnight monitoring the 12v as the car is close enough Noticed on...

Ongoing 12v issues
Background: My car is a launch model, 20 reg. It was a demo and I got it in Jan 21. It's done c20k miles and had a new battery in Oct 23. It went flat once while we were on holiday, probably in April/May 22 but it didn't happen again till the end of last summer I replaced the battery, new one is fin...

Re: New owner with a couple of questions
Door handles are not greased from factory and should be
It should retract when you get in pretty much I think
When you drive off it locks
Cameras can get water on, I wipe the near one
Not had the snow issue
Paint if soft but should be good from new

Re: 12v Battery issues - is Lithium the solution
My car had numerous 12v issues to the point I bought a voltmeter which sits in my accessory socket. I think my passenger side handle was playing up and draining it. This got worse recently, lights staying on when I locked and ultimately a ticking when I drive which was the relay trying to lock that ...

Re: Prospective buyer here - would welcome advice
I have a launch car. Needed a new 12v, sometimes won't play with certain chargers but I really like it
It's like a dodgem. I can't part with it currently.
Characterful and mine has been reliable, no handle probs
I still have a couple of S2000s, one boosted. Brilliant cars

Re: Rare as Hens teeth
People don't want to think, they want an easy comparator Range is it for BEVs It works for us, will do sub 10k, mostly short trips and it has a good ride (not many BEVs do due to weight and crude suspension), handles well (not many do due to eco tyres and crude suspension). I'm smitten but I admit I...
