Re: Failed brake servo/pedal simulator - a how-to DIY fix
You bought a used unit from a Jazz? Who’s to say it won’t fail in a couple of months either? Absolutely nothing of course, however if I am right in my suspicions and the brake fluid in the donor car was bled frequently, fully and correctly then the part may not fail. I guess it’s the chance I took ...

Re: Failed brake servo/pedal simulator - a how-to DIY fix
Fantastic investigations Dan and work and thank you so much for sharing. I wonder whether a good long-term solution would be to use silicone brake fluid to prevent moisture absorption and component corrosion? I use Automec in my classic Minis for example and it basically doesn't ever need changing....

I would expect that most dealers follow a standard process for bleeding...

If you just want the fix, then please skip to the ‘solutions’ and ‘the fix’ part of the guide – I won’t be offended! If y...

Re: Help - warning lights all over dash
To the original poster and anyone with the multiple brake-related dashboard lights/dodgy brake pedal. I’ve just solved the same issue on mine, after a rather worrying, infuriating and (inevitably) ruinous financial outcome proposed by the main dealer. There’s a recall for this same issue in Japan by...

My Honda+ App and subscriptions
