Can we be sure, Honda even understood the question? The only section on hotspot in the manual (at least in the German version) is about connecting to a hotspot (e.g. provided by your mobile phone). To me their answer seems to point in this direction. But maybe I underestimate their knowledge...

22 kW would be typical for 3-phase charging (3 x 32 A x 230 V). Honda e only charges AC single-phase.
