Re: Battery Life

It's well known temperature is the major factor, and the faster the charge the higher the temperaure, so slow charging will prolong life of the battery. However the secondary factor is full charging, again it's known that charging between approx 20 and 80% can prolong life compared to 100% and most ...

Re: Dead Honda e

I've not had a 12V problem which is of no use to those that have, but read a piece on my phone this morning about Hyundai failures in the States. Re: Honda e officially cancelled in UK and Europe

The EU rules used to be spares available 7 years after a product stops production, but our Brexit freedoms seem to be to ditch these rules and not put anything concrete in their place.

Depreciation

There have been some posts about the E depreciation as people sell up. Maybe this article puts it into perspective. Market forces have moved badly in the last year, but they still find the E nearer the bottom of the list of cars that have lost the most. https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/electricca...

Re: Adding "frunk" to the e

I don't really use the charge cable since able to charge at home, but the disadvanatge of the charge cable in it's tray or whatever in the boot is having a load of shopping or stuff in the boot you have to take out before you can lift the cover. Surely they could design some hose type reel for the c...

Re: Prospective buyer here - would welcome advice

I'm still very happy with mine, only real issue was the top mirror cluster rattle which is now (dealer) gone. I do few miles, it is a second car, local trips and shopping, no problems with public chargers because I don't use them. I would never have it for the only car, but there it is, a great urba...
