Re: Battery management cooling when stationary and not plugged in to a charger
Great insights - really helpful. If you set the climate to come on it will be drawing power and heat up the battery anyway but it would make sense that it actively pre-conditions it to the optimal operating temperature.

Re: Why did you buy an e ?
My head told me to get a car with greater range but when I saw the E and test drove it that went out if the window. I had previously put a deposit down on an i3 but they could not deliver due to the pandemic. I pleased they couldn’t. The E feels really well built, the ride is miles better than an i3...

Battery management cooling when stationary and not plugged in to a charger
If the car is stationary (and unplugged from a charger) does the battery management system initiate automatically if it detects the pack has increased in temperature (e.g., due to a high ambient temperature for example in summer) or do we need to leave our vehicle plugged into a charging port for th...

Re: Connected services subscriptions activation
Thanks all for your advice, very much appreciated. I will keep on at Honda to get my subscriptions sorted. I think some of the features of the app are potentially useful. I notice there’s an update due today - optimistically maybe this will resolve some of the issues!

Connected services subscriptions activation
I have finally managed to login to the Honda + app after almost 5 weeks, a trip to the dealer (TCU configuration) and many calls/emails to the dealership and Honda Connected Servuces team. Shambolic! Does anyone know how long it takes for the subscriptions to be activated?

Re: Another rattle !
The dealership said they could not locate the rattle on a test drive with my car. They have contacted Honda to see if other owners are reporting similar - I told them they were and to review the Honda E forum!

Re: My Honda+
I downloaded the app and successfully registered an account with Honda when I picked up my E two weeks ago. I was unable to get the PIN though when I tried to connect to the car. Today, have just had the telemetry reset by the dealer. However, I cannot get past the Honda + app login loop - the deale...
