I think a lot of problems with batteries stem from stacked batteries, it tends to be the upper packs that suffer the most, which makes sense as they not only have their heat to contend with but also the heat from the packs below, when I've watched various battery pack dismantling it's been the upper...

Mine is still working, and has been since I last drove it Thursday morning coming back from nightshift, maybe when they do their work on the apps services tomorrow morning it'll go funny ?

My phone is an Xperia I with Android 11 running version 4.14.4 of the app.

Has anyone found a difference if they have two phones registered with the car? Especially if a household has an iPhone and an Android phone with the app on each. Mine seems to take a few days before it doesn't respond, and yes I have a strong WiFi signal from my house in my car but it should work from the internal LTE connection otherwise there's no way the location option would ever work away from home. Try leaving the car for a couple of days without connecting or charging, see how it responds, mine definitely goes into a deep sleep if ignored, which requires turning the car on again to wake it up.

In my eyes that is not the fault of the app but the car/servers.
