Bit of mixed news depending on what you read. Luxury car makers have full order books, Bentley has an 8 month waiting list for example. No news on mainstream orders yet. What exactly does a service consist of with an electric car? Something I've honestly never considered before until now! Less moving parts I suppose, but does anything special need to be maintained for battery health? Fewer moving parts, not "less moving parts" - end of English lesson! :) ...

Hopefully they can get setup to be trained over Teams or Zoom or something instead.

Not sure on the current status of Hondas plants. I believe they closed some and looking at shorter working hours on others.

Welcome Whilst I do agree the £800 deposit is high, it seems typical for all EVs. Perhaps higher than Peugeot for e208. But similar for the VW ID3. I think my dealer has said I will receive a type 2 to type 2 cable as part of the deal. I think it is something to negotiate (like mats and a full tank...

I think the deposit is set like that so you have to be 'serious' about wanting the car, a £100 deposit would probably get plenty of people putting their name down but not actually translate into buyers,

That picture of the car reversing into a car park space doesn't look right to me (second post, by RAL7004). The rear-view camera display looks to be a mirror image. The overhead shot shows the dark grey car on the left and the silver car on the right, but the rear view shows the cars the other way ...
