Re: Charger schedule or Car schedule?

What Chester said - I always use the Zappi timer (either to charge for free via solar PV) or overnight using Octopus Go low cost rate. For urgent charge, I press the fast button on the Zappi

Re: Nissan Ariya

I thought it looked good. Same platform as the new MeganE.
It is the size of the Ioniq 5 / Kia EV6 / Mustang Mach-E / Tesla Y / Enyaq / Jag iPace. But yes large cars

Re: First service - any tips?

Service went without a hitch. As one would expect from a low mileage one year old car. No software updates.

But I curbed two alloy wheels on the way home 😟 arrrrrrhhhhhhhh

£100+vat for both. What a complete a*+e!!

First service - any tips?

I’ve had Evie Blue for a year
I have the Honda service package (1/2 price) so in for its first service.
Other than kick the tyres & put it on the computer diagnostics, should I be asking for anything else?
I will let the forum know the outcome

Re: Hyundai Ioniq 5 Project 45

I felt the EV6 more “traditional” than the Ioniq 5 which seems to use the EV platform better. But each to his/her own
I find the 5’s boot very large, & you have the flexibility to move the seats forward (electrically in my model’s case) to increase boot size.

Re: Hyundai Ioniq 5 Project 45

The Project 45 is the AWD model. Goes well. Although not cheap 😳, I think it’s reasonable value given range, battery, AWD, interior space, tech, design (inside and out) - in this respect I think it’s very Honda e like. Interesting exterior design and a lounge like interior. 5 year warranty. I’m not ...

Hyundai Ioniq 5 Project 45

Fellow Honda e drivers, I’m purchasing a second EV, the Project 45 version of the Hyundai Ioniq 5. Will make a nice two car EV garage.
Two photos. Teal green exterior and teal and light grey interior.
Rather than my car and my wife’s car, we will have the local car and the long trip car 😊

Wheels on Wednesday

Greetings. Attended the Wheels on Wednesday evening gathering of car enthusiasts at Spetchley Park, near Worcester this evening in the Honda e. You have to pay £4 to attend. I showed my ticket on entry and was enthusiastically greeted. So much so the organiser put me on the front row with all sorts ...
