Re: Home chargers
We went for the Zappi 2 back in June as we have solar PV, and yesterday topped up the car with 93% of the energy consumed from the sun. There is something quite awesome about that.

Awesome! Hopefully shouldn’t be long for others to get their cars. Just itching now!

Hello Chester! And welcome. I only joined recently too, I expect you've been ploughing through all the old posts, there's a lot of useful information already here, for instance this if you have not already found it https://www.honda.co.uk/cars/owners/manuals-and-guides/honda-owners-manuals/_jcr_con...

Re: Pathetic 3 year warranty
A 3 year warranty on the car and the very short service intervals seem naive to me. Re: Order update
We were told that the dealer would receive the car this week, now on the 27th but that's about the 3rd or 4th time the date has been pushed back. So when they called back yesterday, we asked what was causing the dates to be continuously pushed back. Apparently Honda UK said that this was due to the ...

Re: Honda to provide own brand home chargers
I would imagine that a charger that allowed 2-way energy flow would be very costly right now, similar to having a newer generation gateway device if you have battery storage for the home. The reason for this is if there is a power black out, anything offering a current back through the consumer unit...

Re: Weight limit.
Thanks for the insight here! We are/were very interested in getting the official bike carrier that's in the brochure ( page 20 ) but hadn't read about the weight restrictions. That shouldn't really be a problem, but surprising all the same. We're not ready yet but will investigate further closer to ...

This may be useful (received from Honda UK). Quite surprising!
