Re: Honda e - finally in Norway. So many!

Amazing. Actually there is a lot of news about transport in Norway mentioned the UK, and I believe the BEV portion of the market is already above 60% of all sales. I think most of us are aware of the YouTube channel Fully Charged Show and Roberts rants about why the world isn't immediately following...

Re: Greetings from Scotland

Oh my that is not good. In that case I wish you the best of luck for getting out of whatever scheme you're in with the Golf, and don't doubt you'll be totally hooked on the e!

Re: Greetings from Scotland

Welcome Michael, A Golf is a lot more practically accommodating than the little e, but assuming you don't need all the boot space of the Golf and 2 rear seats are plenty, a BEV like the Honda e sounds like it would fit your needs very well indeed. I'm curious about the Golf eTSI, but not for good re...

Re: Usage-meter, something's missing

Checking my IHD (In Home Display for the house electricity smart meter), I noticed that our Zappi maxed out for about 4-5 minutes at >7kW during pre-conditioning, and then started to reduce gradually to about 2kW, and then reduced further a little. It's definitely worth leaving it plugged in if you ...

Re: 16 v 17 inch wheels, also when to buy?

Is there anyone out there who has bought an advance with 16 inch rims and what are your thoughts please?? Yes, the wife decided to go with 16" wheels. Having driven the dealer's demo car with 17's, it definitely handles better as you would expect, PS4 tyres and wider rubber. But I haven't back...

Re: On a frosty morning

The few days we've had this past week where it seemed to go well below zero, with the pre-conditioning set on the car for 20 minutes, the problems we had the first night (when this was not set and we really struggled to flip out the handles and proceeded to open the doors with anxiety and gritted te...

Re: Greetings from Cheshire

Passed my driving test this morning :) Took it in the E, the examiner seemed pretty psyched about all the tech! Dunno if it helped at all, but yeah, so excited. Can't wait to finally put this thing through its paces. Freedom!! Congratulations, and wow! What a 1st car! So apart from some piston powe...

Re: Hello from Bucks (originally from Japan!)

If you do follow up with the grey with blue accents, I'd love to see photos of it. I can't visualise it, but I bet it would look cool. Keeping the standard and accessory wheels might not be a bad idea you know, if you have room to store a spare set in a garage or shed. You could have the standards w...
