Re: End of production sell-off
The reason they discount them now, is to avoid a £15,000 fine *per car* for not hitting the 2024 22% EV sales mandate. Apparently, they'd rather have the money go their customers than the government. If they thought like than sooner... maybe just maybe there would be more Es on the road. Their gree...

Re: 12v Battery Best Practices
I'm pretty sure the charging only starts when the drivers door is closed. Nope... It can start in accessory mode, door open, closed it doesn't matter... I think if you open the car, sit in, press the power button, put the seatbelt on but don't close the door, the 12v charging will not start. I used...

Re: 12v Battery Best Practices
I'm actually thinking of buying one of those belt buckle alarm stoppers just for this, so I can leave the belt unplugged and just slot that in when I'm washing the car or cleaning the interior. I can say with certainty that the system will charge the 12v even in accessory mode. I thought that would...

Re: 12v Battery issues - is Lithium the solution
I'd be interested to hear this too. Currently intending on buying an e in the next month or so but am now just so worried about potential problems such as the battery issues and the door handle issues. Had convinced myself that there's so much help available in this forum that it will probably be o...

Re: Honda E - bidirektionales Laden?
Hello, I heard that the Honda E supports bidirectional charging. The charging port is an AC type 2 and CCS. How is bidirectional charging enabled? Is this possible via the AC line or is the DC connection enabled? How does the wallbox tell the car that it should now deliver electricity? Greetings Ra...

Re: Mileage so far?
Range is my main concern (battery health) but also any major service/replacement you had to do on the car. Are you still having the original breaks for example? I'm planning to keep this baby for a very long time Nothing changed in the powertrain, all original. Original brakes. I actually didn't ha...
