Doesn't bother for me. It rarely snows here, and I usually manage to only charge at home when it's dry weather, so I don't really need a cover.

I think it's very well made, and considering the limited market and associated logistics to design, manufacture and distribute, I think it's not unreasonably priced. I paid GBP 89.25 for mine.
Where did you get yours Tim? Yours is the best price I've seen it at so far.
