Hello,
Trying here now because my dealer and honda support have not been able to help me for 2 months now…
My app suddenly stopped working with my Car. The app cant update data from my honda, no contact with servers..
This happend suddenly when I switched Hotspot ”on/off” in my car, thats the only reason I can come up with because the last adress that I did see was when I accidently switched to hotspot on
I dont know why this happend and neither do honda…
I have been at my dealer and they did not see anythibg wrong and Honda is asking me for questions to save time or something…
Been 2 months now without connection to my car with full TCP, tried everywhere, my car is not in sleep mide because I drive it everyday. Tried to reset my honda, update app, reinstall app, login/logout (with honda approval). Bluetooth is working fine, but nothing else with the connection.
Have been google:ing everywhere.
Have anyone else experienced this? And if so what did you do? Please help!!!

Yes we all prob. hade this problem.
But it was fixed while back, I think Honda blaimed the internet provider (Telenor/Vodafone).
Problem was the Car communicate with server but server didnt communicate with app.
Is Datasharing enable in car?
