But why fit a car with 2 different speed rating? As if the rear will rotate faster than the front.

How fast can the e go, speed rating is irrelevant in our case.

Yes but I am saying for Honda, why they officially chose different speed ratings? There must be a reason.

Cost.

It's probably cheaper to bulk order 205 profile tires with a certain speed rating, and 225s with another. They more than likely already use these tires on other models of car, so it makes sense just to carry their existing supply of tires over to the e from other vehicles they're producing, because it's of no consequence to the e, given that it's speed restricted to 150kph.
