How do you check a Honda e before purchase?

The question is: do you get a whole new battery pack, or just that one cell replaced. And if you get a new battery pack, will it be a new one.
Honda just have to fullfil 70% with the first eight years as far as I understand the terms and conditions.

If that is true then everyone that reported back on my app had a bad cell.
The actual chemical SoH maybe cannot get back up, but I'm not entirely sure of that. The measured SoH can go up. Of course it can and on mine it did.

Please point me to some factual evidence of this.

Many makes of EVs can & have reported the SoH returning back to a higher level.
