I too use the auto lock/unlock , and rarely press any button - but I replaced one of the batteries after getting the warning one day. Perhaps they were just cheap cells or maybe I sat on it one day and it transmitted a lot...

Greetings from Ireland. Original Panasonic 12 V battery died on us today. '21 plate E advanced. I see above the Yuasa 5000 series was recommended by others from Halfords. Just to double check is this the correct one: Yuasa HSB053? https://www.halfords.ie/motoring/batter ... 48588.html We need the car back on the road as soon as possible and this battery is available in Halfords/Cork. Thanks in advance!

Can confirm, this battery is exactly the same size and orientation of the panasonic OEM battery.

Unfortunately, Halfords Cork didn't have the Yuasa HSB053 in stock, even though it was listed as available for collection. I ended up purchasing a Numax Premium 053 battery from a local battery store for €85. This was a much better deal compared to the OEM battery, which was priced at €220 + VAT at the "stealership". The Numax is the same size and orientation as the OEM Panasonic battery, making it a direct replacement. The car is now back on the road and running.
