This guy mentions turning on the air conditioning/climate control remotely so that the 415v battery kicks in via the DC to DC converter to top up a low 12v battery

I must try this with my 'e' should my 12v battery drops

These have an usual function (for a 12v car battery):
Built-in Jump-starter (power cut-off below 12v, press button to jump-start)
There's very little technical information available online about this make but as previously mentioned, lithium batteries are not an ideal swap for the conventional lead acid battery.
If they had a built-in BMS, then I might have considered this when I replace mine, subject to cost.

One warning flag for me is they company only offer a 3yr warranty but then claim a 8-10 yr lifespan, also most UK resellers are only offering 12-18mths warranty. This could well be because they actually have a short lifespan in real world use. I've noticed over the years that odyssey lithium batteries are commonly used in motorsport by amateurs on track day cars for their light weight but there are lots of complaints that they rarely last more than a year before requiring replacement.

Please keep us informed with any issues that you come across now that you have this lithium battery.

Whatever 12 volt battery is used it is not being expected to deliver a couple of hundred amps on a freezing col morning and as for a short life in motorsport use, perhaps abuse, both mechanical and charging practice are the main causes of this.

Where did you buy that battery? I actually want to have a dealer in the EU for that kind of product tbh...

I am convinced my 12v issues were just caused by the handle.

My monitor shows regular plug in to a main batt charger does give the 12v a little shove too so if it's going flat there is a drain

You could, in theory, test this by removing the 10A fuse for the gnarliest handle (roughest action)
