Hi,
As soon as I pass the device ping code on the Honda app, I get this error below, has anyone else had this fault, and how did they resolve it?
I've called it in to the Honda support team, have had one attempt at resolving it, failed and now I am waiting for a second attempt.

I sent an email to connectedservices.support@honda-eu.com early this morning describing my problem (no subscription services in the list).
I tried the app late afternoon and the services were miracuously there--installed them (core first) and everything is working as it should.
Coincidence? Who knows, but I'm happy.

Just a thought for those with iPhones: I recommend not updating to iOS14 today if your app is working.
Give it a few weeks and see if Honda releases and updates.

Haven't had a joy of this facility yet. First Honda dealer gave me the car without turning TCU. And even with this turned on, it does not work. Cannot get pass the Pin request page. Fortunately the dealer is proactive in my case and looking into this.
As sceptical as it may sound, i hope that we ( ok, only some of us maybe) don't become the Guinea Pig of Honda's attempt to digital connections.

So: In my opinion, the problem lies on the side of the Honda servers. Repeated complaints to the HONDA Connected Services Support <connectedservices.support@honda-eu.com> resulted in something being reset. I was asked for the VIN and the email address (under which I registered in the app!). Therafter I had to log in to the MyHonda+ app again (with my original email-address and password). See there: now booking subscriptions worked!
BTW: In the German version you may notice a lot of layout/design glitches...
