Yes mine started working and linking to the e
Guess a software update fixed whatever the previous update broke
Their test standards aren’t very good. But they are obviously doing agile development so they fix the bugs quite quickly
But poor overall however

Still doesn't validate my device... (I reinstalled the app after it idn't work, then I came here and saw it wasn't a fault on my end)...
And now I'm on hold for 45 minutes and counting with Customer Support... 🥴

So, my phone still can't be validated as "they can't log me in" somehow. There's no way of fixing this myself (via the app or a website) and calling them or sending an email doesn't help as they just told me to send an email and they don't respond to my email. Does anyone have an idea how I can get out of this cycle of frustration and get the app running again? :roll:

It's not a great answer - as this shouldn't be the case - but it can take 3-5 days before they respond to emails. Then, if it's your first interaction, they'll want to do an ID check with VIN/Reg plate to confirm you as owner. From that point, it can still take a few days to respond to requests. Unfortunately, they can only do 2FA via email and there's no automated method in place yet for you to do this self-service. Apologies if I'm retreading old knowledge here, but just trying to set expectations that - as above - are at a level below what we might all expect them to be in 2020.

Has the app ever worked for you?
If so, delete it and reinstall, adding password and email again. This usually fixes it for me.

Yes, from day one (Sept 24th) But sometimes Honda has issues (server related?).
I did a reboot and also loged out. So I'm up and running again for the moment.

Honda has to step up their game

I did too, but now it won’t get past the ‘validating your device’ page. :oops:
