Since it’s come up a few times, and no one seems to have an overview of firmware versions:

It’s in the hidden service menu. With the car started, press and hold the home and audio buttons for ten seconds, then (still holding the first two) press and hold the dashboard light (middle) button for ten seconds as well.

My data is slightly different, possibly because it's a UK model? The different values are:

Product ID is MH39E311 instead of MH39E511
Sys Data Version is 0422 instead of 0622
SYS is1121-0422 instead of 1121-0622

Here's my info (UK car registered 17/08/2020) which I noted on 12 Oct 2020 before my TCU was setup correctly).
All same as yours with the exception of:
  • Product ID=MH39E311
  • SYS Data Version=0422
