Today I found a scratch on the front bumper and I am getting the pop up hood warning every time I start the car. However the pop up hood system was not activated as the bonnet is still in place. Any one knows how to reset the warning without having to ask the dealer?

The manual does imply that the car needs to be moving for the Power Unit Components to activate and raise the bonnet, however see pages 72-74 in the manual, as it looks like you need to get the car to the dealer asap as per page 74:
'If the front bumper is damaged, have the vehicle checked by a dealer even if the pop-up hood system did not activate.'
&
'Ignoring the pop-up hood message can result in a malfunction of the pop-up hood. This can result in serious injury or death if your vehicle impacts a pedestrian. If the pop-up hood message comes on, have your vehicle checked by a dealer as soon as possible.'

Also it states:
'Pop-up Hood System Care
You do not need to, and should not, perform any maintenance on or replace any pop-up hood system components yourself. However, if the pop-up hood system has ever activated, you need to have the control unit, and other related parts replaced by a dealer.'

Yes I read the manual but I don't believe that there is any more damage, it is just an opportunity for the dealer to take my money.....
They will just reset the warning with an OBD2 command and ask for God knows how much for it.

I agree that we are beholden to the dealer to clear the code, however I don't think that there are any OBD2 readers available for the Honda e that owners can use themselves.

Plastic panels can hide a lot of unseen damage, it'd be prudent to get it looked at, if needs be on your insurance.

I really need your help guys. The dealer is asking me 300 euros because they need to replace the sensor. I don't believe that the sensor needs to be replaced just because of a small impact while parked. He says that there is a bent inside. I took photos of inside the hood and would like to compare it with someone else's car please. I am attaching the pictures that I took from top facing down inside the bonnet, right of the charging port when you stand infront the car. I am interested in the area marked red if the piece of metal is pushed in or not in my car. Can somebody take the same picture please to compare it? It will help me a lot to take a decision.

Isn't that just the lead to the ultrasound distance sensors?

Thank you very much for taking the pictures but it is still not clear for me. I should have explained more which part I wanted you to take picture for me but today I was too busy at work and had to post it very quickly. Tonight when I go out I will take pictures again of the part.
The problem is that it could be that I have a piece of metal bent to the inside. When I look at the left side and compare it to the right side where the hit was I can see that it is different. Tonight I will post the difference between the left and right side of the charging port so you understand better. The long metal part underneath the black wire with sticker is pushed more to the inside than the right side. So mine looks wider than yours maybe, but from your pictures I cannot tell yet.
