£3000 down. I always do 0 down. You can make the monthly payment anything you like by increasing the deposit.
And again you end up with nothing at the end because it's hire only.
Range and charging rate.
I can't figure out what he's done. If I go to tesla.com and spec that car it comes out like this:
That's paying £32k over 4 years to hire it but the monthlies are much higher. And remember that you don't have anything to show for it at the end, that's why PCH is a bit cheaper than PCP. It's like paying rent vs paying a mortgage.

Fingers crossed the 16" wheels make a big difference... ?
My (post-covid) commute includes a 75 mile one way journey once every two weeks, half of which is motorway - that looks like its going to need a stop in the middle of around 25 min to charge, turning a 90 min diesel journey into two hours...

Even their own brochure only claims from "battery warning" (15% according to Bjorn) to 80% in 31 minutes, though the actual wording is something like "charge to 80%*, then the little * reveals all charge times are from when the low battery warning comes on. That's actually not far of what Bjorn got tbh. 15%-80% in his video was 34 minutes
That's accurate then, Bjorn saw 10-80% in 36 minutes so starting with another 5% will probably be enough to get it down to 30 minutes.rickwookie wrote: ↑Thu Jul 02, 2020 10:55 amEven their own brochure only claims from "battery warning" (15% according to Bjorn) to 80% in 31 minutes, though the actual wording is something like "charge to 80%*, then the little * reveals all charge times are from when the low battery warning comes on. Problem is that's only 65% of the available battery, which is only 18.2kWh @ 100kph. Works out at about 117km / 72 miles between charging stops.
At 120 kph / 75mph it's down to 78km or 48 miles (!!!) between charging stops.
Edit: I just realised that's 48 miles in good weather. At night in the rain with heating on... Better stick to doing 60 or 55.
