Other features of app working.
Stuck at the setup stage can stop with tap and restart but does not finish.
Phone has notification of Honda Digital Key running in background.
Try a force stop of the MyHonda+ app, it fixed it for me.

Well, I've been trying to connect the Digital Key for a few days now. I have killed the app, restarted the phone, logged out and back in, moved the car so it is in a stronger signal area and still no luck.

For me the Digital Key works perfect.
Car Unlock ( i put the Original Key far away )
Car Start after sending 4 digit Key from phone to car
Car Lock
After locking the car, i was able to close an open window with the digital key app.

@enesix,
I have an iPhone and when pressing the start button without my key fob, it asks me to enter the PIN or use NFC, which neither works on iOS. So is the Digital Key feature only available with Android phones?
I’m afraid to cancel my Dogital Key subscription and then have to pay to re-enable it! Thanks in advance.

NFC is a known feature that is not available on iOS, as for the PIN, I believed that it should work on both iOS & Android.

I have raised a query with ever so helpful connected services chappies, I'll let you know if they get back with anything useful, mine is still ignoring my car or is it the otherway around? Rest of the app works fine.

Did the pin not show up on your dash? It does for me when I enter with digital key.
