Hi all,

Just saying hello. I am in the rather unusual situation of waiting for my brand new Honda e advance to arrive - while driving around in a Honda e.

My e has been delayed twice now, so after the second delay, to keep me happy the dealer has provided me with a loaner e for a week or two until my car arrives.

This is my loaner, a rather nice blue colour, but I still can’t wait to get my own car in charge yellow.

Hopefully they'll be arriving thick and fast soon.

The charge port door on your loan car looks very well aligned. Check that the one on your own car is too when you eventually get it.

Bogga, was yours delayed too then?

I think they only gave me the loaner because I already traded in my car to them - it ran out of tax two days after the original delivery date so rather than tax it again I traded it in.

Thanks for the heads up, is this an issue many people have had then?

Yes it's delayed, but I haven't traded any cars in

Not that I'm aware of, but I've noticed it on mine, which I collected yesterday.

That sounds insanely annoying. Can you post a picture of it so we know what to look for or is it immediately noticable?

How long has yours been delayed? I was originally due to pick mine up on August 28 and current estimate is anytime up until about September 16.
