Have you seen Bjorn's video on rapid charging the Honda e? See He starts charging from 10% SOC. Here's a summary:

10 - 16%: 49kW
16 - 20%: 50kW
20 - 42%: 43kW
42 - 71%: 30kW
71 - 90%: 20kW

It took 45 minutes to charge from 10 - 90%, putting in 22.844kWh

(This was recorded in June 2020, i.e. it was a press car and probably didn't have the software update that was applied to customer cars and gave better range, so maybe the charge rates were changed too?)

Today I charged for the first time on a CCS public charger and it reached 46.09Kw, maybe more. The battery was at 19% and he kept it constant up to 50%. It did not descend at any time. I didn't keep charging as I didn't need it. The next day I will check up to 80% to see how the power drops. I will also take photos.

You cannot tell in the car at all (as far as i can see). You can only tell from the charging station if it shows this detail (most of the newer fast ones do).
