This is enough to let me know where it is, because i know exactly where it is (if my wife drives it to work, to her family etc).
But if someone stole it, and parked it on 'generic street' , or in the middle of a field, id say the data is not of much use to you.
Someone else can answer if the other packages actually give you a GPS fix.
