My comments apply to UK, but would be good to know about other countries.
Checking AutoTrader for e prices, new the advanced is over £34k This because of the UK gov grant has reduced and they have reduced the price of EVs it applies to.
And the cheapest second hand e was just over £27k
This is good for those of us who own Honda e. And when we come to sell.
But I do wonder about the numbers of new ones departing Honda garages.
Or might Honda adjust the new car price, like Vauxhall have with Corsa and Mokka e? This will impact second hand values.

it would be odd if Honda reduced the e prices in the uk - they've only just increased them!

The second hand prices at the moment are on the up - across everything. The reduction in new cars being manufactured in turn leads to less available second hand aswell, which only sends the price one way. I got the cheapest E on autotrader at the time, and as you've said, far fewer available now and generally price is higher. Doubt any have ever changed hands privately yet?
Might be a good time to get rid of any slightly newish cars whilst the going is good.

It took me 5 seconds to find a brand new one for less at £35,990 & I'm sure after a couple of hours more saving could be found quite easily:
or a used for only £26,025:

Agreed. My point was that it's a batshit crazy price for a used one.londiniumperson wrote: ↑Thu Jan 13, 2022 10:31 pm It took me 5 seconds to find a brand new one for less at £35,990 & I'm sure after a couple of hours more saving could be found quite easily

Anyone find it odd that with the news constantly going on about the price of used cars increasing with nearly new ones selling for more than brand new due to delivery delays?
I just checked mine on WBAC and it’s worth £24k, significantly less than the £36k for a new one, this flies in the face of the SMMT published new car BEV sales increasing by 70% whilst ICE cars decreasing by 25%.
Also the used car forecourt’s are bulging with used ICE cars.
It’s plainly obvious what the car cartel are doing.
