The difference with the e:Progress is that it uses your MyHonda+ login to screen-scrape the car’s SoC so knows the charge at plug in and then can correctly calculate the cheapest half hour electric rate to charge to your required end SoC. With the Ohme you need do ‘the maths’ yourself because the Ohme has no idea of SoC at anytime.

Thanks for pointing that out, so it's a lock in because they won't share. Hopefully standard's will come out at some point...
