Just wondering if this is still happening to all EU Honda e owner or just small amount of people?

Connectivity seems back to normal. Awaiting for other owner confirmation!

The bad thing is that we’re paying for this. I can accept a few hours a year, but 5 days in a row!?

Try email honda support using the same email address as Honda+ app.

Nope, it still doesen't work.
Now for 6 days.
Wrote an e-mail to Honda connected service in germany, but i think they don't understand that is not a problem of a specific user.
I told them that this is a problem across europe.
Wait for reply

Their development team could be Russian or Ukrainian based. In that case, it would explain a lot.

Don't get annoyed with the app.
It's crap from the core. The Honda Connected Service (you will always communicate with a single – very dedicated but still powerless – poor lady) only mediates to the developers (among others: https://www.greatstate.co ).
The maintenance and further development of the software has obviously been discontinued.

Concentrate on the beautiful driving dynamics of the vehicle, the chassis and the looks.

Just received an e-mail from Honda Connected Service Germany.

......Problem should be solved now,and should be working again.....

I've tried about 5min ago, and App is working
