It also says the motor is 60 kw, so 113kw must be peak power...

It has something to do with effect over time.
On my registration it says"Max. effect per half hour - 60 KW" and "Motorpower/effect 113 KW (154 HK)"

It would be nice to have that properly explained..

Based on the above, the power consumption formula of electric motors is as follows:

P (kW) = HP x (0.746/E) x Load x Time
Where:

P = Input power
HP = Rated horsepower
E = Efficiency
Load = load of the engine
Time = Duration of engine operation in hours
Here are some examples!

Example 1:

Engine power = 3 HP
Efficiency = 80%
Load = 75%
Time = 2 hours
P (kW) = 3 x (0.746 / (80/100)) x 0.75 x 2 = 4.196 kW
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Using the given example for our case in half-hour would be:

152x(0.746/(80/100))x0.90x0.5 = 63.783 kW

The load has to be increased to 90% to give something close to 60kW
