This same happenes to me yesterday (see topic viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1232). How did you clear the error messages?FDAD wrote: ↑Wed May 25, 2022 9:39 am At least for two times the red charging light has happened to me, non of which were a at a Tesla SuC. The last time it occurred there were some maintenance guys nearby and they offered to see what was going on... The results were bad communication timings between both chargers... In the handshake period (if you know what that means) Easy to solve with a firmware update they told me as their VW ID4 worked just fine when testing between both of us.
Both of the times the cars DC pass through refused to work again until connected to another public charger.
When I bought my Honda e to service because of the faulty 12 volt battery, first they said that they can't promise that the guarantee will cover it because the car has been originally bought in Germany, and although the warranty all around inside EU is valid, the terms of guarantee can differ from country to country. So, they must follow the German terms of guarantee, and if the battery is covered there, they will service it. And of course it was covered.
Hi,
I own a Honda e and have seen reports of compatibility issues with Superchargers: viewtopic.php?t=1198
Could you please say if you're aware and looking into this? I'd love to use Superchargers but they're currently not an option.
I've contacted Honda customer support as well, but they refused to even comment on whether they were looking into it.
Thanks!
I repeated my concern and they then said:Some Tesla Superchargers are open to all EVs in the UK. They are compatible with all Type 2 charging ports and you wont have any issue charging your EV.
When I asked for confirmation that it's a known issue they're looking into, they said:I can pass these to the Supercharging team and I hope this will be resolved soon.
So hopefully that means this issue is actually being looked into.Yes, I can confirm that this is a known issue and Honda E sometimes terminates the charging session on the Supercharger. This is currently under investigation.
