Garmin DC 66E

I bought my dashcam in 2020 and the speed camera warning has always functioned well but after powering down to remove it for a service of my E it doesn’t report the cameras now. I have powered it down several times since purchase but this is the first time that the camera warning has not worked. I presume that I now have to subscribe but that’s certainly been a long trial subscription.Has anyone else had any experience with this?
