Is my Honda spying on me!

ok ok click bait aside. Does anyone know what these puppies are?
I know there not cameras (or are they) ?!? I'm assuming some sort of light sensor. Any know?

One is the light sensor, and the other one is the flashing red LED once the car is locked and armed.

As @dokidoki's car has only done 100 miles so far it looks like it's still living on it's first ever charge

Also on an 8% charge, this was yesterday on the way home from Longleat just as I plugged into an InstaVolt at Solstice Park on the A303
myself when the little turtle appeared
