Can't Download New Version Instruction Manual

Has anyone else had this problem?

About two weeks ago, a notice popped up in the car, that a new version of the driver's handbook is available for download. After clicking on download, I get an error message that the download failed and that I should try again.
I've tried again. And again and again. But nothing works (car in different location, with/without CarPlay synced, etc.)

Any tips?

I just went to my car and it states that it has the current & latest version of 1.00.00

That's interesting....mine shows me there's an update waiting....
