The strange thing is that I only get black photos, whatever photo I choose...

Those look great! The cartoonish style fits the car very well IMO.

I'm probably teaching peeps to suck eggs, but for those of less Google experience, just try using the search term:
to find a plethora of wallpaper images.
Though double check the image pixel size before downloading.
