Just picked up my car. Dealer and I set up the app in 5min. All working 💯. Even just locked the car remotely

It has taken nearly 3 weeks, but my iPhone is now securely connected to the car and I have three services available. I have taken the two free ones at the moment

It's the same with me.
I am very much of the opinion that after all the trouble Honda should at least offer its assistant (at least for one year) for free...

Hi,

Just got my Honda e yesterday. Great car! The app doesn’t seem to be in the app store here in Luxembourg?! My dealer said, he would contcat Honda, but perhaps somebody overe here knows a way to get it or has a contact adress?!

Hi sbullo: I totally understand and agree, which I why I took to twitter etc. I hope response times will improve now, but if they don't we will continue the fight.

However I resorted to Deleting the App for a while, because there are better ways to spend your time. If it becomes unstable again this week, I will probably delete it again.

Fortunately the car is brilliant. Enjoy driving.
