I said that to myself, out loud to my empty house when I saw the video for the first time. And then cursed myself for being that committed to continuity

Obviously he wasn’t actually charging the car.
The connector most probably was not pushed ‘home’ and so it would just be
easy to pull it off without pressing the button.

Most likely it has no power, it's a film set.

Lots of trivia, picky comments here, but as promotional video for Honda what do we think?
A different approach to the Driving the Future commercial, real driving, but in a very pretty Italian location, rather than modern city - where it would be difficult to "shoot' real footage - although Toyota seem to have recreated for their hybrid (dirty word - sorry).

It just felt wrong to me. The car seemed to be going at excessive speed for the type of street. Some of the streets looked like they should be for pedestrians / cyclists only. I'm not a boy racer so a professional racing driver is not someone whose driving habits I look up to.

All I could think of when I was watching it was "that's way to fast for those little narrow streets". I must be getting old.
