Have you tried setting the touch response to high? Can’t remember what page of the manual it’s on and I’m still waiting for my blummy e to try it.

I’m sure it’s still slower than my iphone but you can increase the touch panel sensitivity from normal ‘default’ to high. P329 of the manual and in the System settings sub-menu, via general settings on the screen.

I'm not sure exactly what the touch screen sensitivity settings does, but it does feel (or maybe I'm kidding myself) slighly more responsive when set to "high", so that's where mine's at.

I'm not bothered by the responsiveness (or lack thereof) after it has booted (which does take weirdly long sometimes). I'll admit I don't have tons of car experience, as this is the first I own myself, but I still haven't seen a touch screen in a car which is iPad/tablet responsive yet. A new Model 3 is probably the best there is, but even that has a noticeable input lag, though it's obviously a lot less than it is in most other cars.

2020 standards. It’s a serious letdown and could have been easily resolved with £150 worth of equipment.
It only seems fast or innovative for someone that uses little to no multimedia devices whatsoever. Shame but it's true.

In fairness, the same can be said for all the other electric cars out there. The best I've tried is the Tesla Model 3, and that's mediocre at best.

I care for what I bought.. not a TESLA. If I feel ok saying «oh.. others are bad too», no not really.
I have a pioneer aftermarket unit that work flawlessly and even comes with wi-fi screen mirroring that this does not. Look up AVH-Z9200DAB.

In get way more fun driving the car than what the infotainment has to offer (witch is an aquarium and a functional HDMI when I'm not in the car aka STOPED).

My point wasn’t that we should feel ok about it. My point is that the manufacturers should all get their act together and stop making subpar infotainment systems.

I can fully agree on that.

I can’t get any apps to show on the app Center.

It just shows the bottom half of the screen greyed out.

Any suggestions? I want to download the aquarium.
