But it happens to me only when I am dehydrated. I don't know if that makes sense.

This reminds me of days gone by when many cars had wee dangly things hanging from the back next to exhaust pipe that supposedly discharged built up static and help prevent car sickness. Also during this "era" cars had plastic fly deflectors attached to the radiator top and blokes would drain the engine block overnight during nights when a particularly hard frost was forecast to save on anti-freeze and they also probably painted their chrome bumpers with some kind of cellulose varnish to protect it from salt. What goes around comes around they say!

Well I noticed today it didn't happen, when it was wet from the rain. So it must be related to dry weather as that explains why it didn't happen at first.. November to spring
