Best report from Valencia so far. Entertaining and finally some substance...
Yes, finally a proper review! Was waiting for this one from Jonny.

Yes, I watched that last night too - I was curious by the words "Einpark-Crash", guessing it might be an auto-parking crash, so I watched it despite it being in German. It was amusing to see him wanting to parallel park but the car was set to 'reverse into car park space' mode. It's a bit alarming that the rear parking sensors and/or radar didn't spot the low concrete block, so that it just drove into it! :o That seems like poor engineering to me, and something to be aware of when/if we buy a Honda e.

More impressive was the measured 0 - 60mph time (okay, 0 - 100kph) which he measured at 7.8 seconds (or 7.78 to be precise), which is better than Honda's claim and more like I would have expected (the Nissan LEAF with similar power output and vehicle weight does it in a claimed 7.9 seconds). (At least I think he measured 0 - 100kph, if it was the time for 0 -100 - 0kph then it was even more impressive.)

I thought the same about the 0-100 km/h test. It pits the e closer to the new Mini Electric which I think quotes 0-100 km/h as 7.3 s. The Mini has 19% higher power output than the e Advance, although the e Advance has 16.5% more torque.🤷‍♂️

I had another look at the video to check. The device he used had the 0-100kph option selected, and using my watch to time it it's clear that it was the 0-100 time, not 0-100-0 (so he didn't need to brake so hard afterwards!).

Somebody postet a video after a test-drive of the Honda e.
As there is no talk or music you may hear (for me for the first time) the sound it generates during acceleration:

EDIT: And here: https://www.goingelectric.de/forum/view ... ?p=1246176 he or she posted some images of the car in black (first time I see the car in black)...
